The decoration of the hotel was simply delightful, with elegant touches reminiscent of a bygone era. The common areas were well-maintained and exuded a sense of luxury and comfort, making it perfect for senior guests like myself. , the hotel's accessibility was top-notch, with easy navigation and helpful staff making it a breeze to move around.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could provide a more consistent daily cleaning service.

The hotel has ideal location, near to the London Underground system and theatres in the West End. The room had all the necessary facilities, was modern, and had comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful service.

Conveniently located near West End theatres, Strand, and Covent Garden. Comfortable bed with quality linens and nice decor throughout the property. Friendly and gracious staff providing excellent service. Clean and well-maintained accommodations. Great spot for seniors as major attractions are within walking distance.

Traveled for 2 nights. Friendly staff, met the GM Andrew who was welcoming. Room design was Scandi-Japanese, with smart use of space/storage. Room was spacious for a solo traveler. Loved the blackout blind and lighting fixtures. Mini-kitchenette with cooking facilities and Nespresso machine. Soundproof room, comfy king-size bed. Reasonable price. Close to Covent Garden, Krispy Kreme, and public transportation. Highly recommend!

The cleaning service was outstanding. It felt like magic - one day the room was in disarray, and the next, everything was spotless and organized. It was like having my own personal cleaning fairy, making the place sparkle with a wave of her wand.

The location is excellent for exploring Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and the Thames embankment.

We loved staying at this place! It's in a great location, very close to the tube station and the grocery store. It's also really close to all the theatres in the West End and all the attractions. The service was amazing too – the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were really friendly and even offered us a welcome drink. We also enjoyed the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

The studio apartment was amazing! I loved the fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The 43-inch Smart TV and free WiFi made my stay super comfy. The private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries added a nice touch. It felt like a home away from home.
